These one pot dinners have been slowly and carefully made, chilled and frozen immediately. It is easiest to order it from me the night before and I’ll make sure it is all ready for you to warm through. I can leave it in the snug along with the fresh bits/bread to go with the dish. Complete ingredients are listed on the containers but please ask me if you need any allergy advice. It may also be possible for me to make something up for you – it just really depends on my fridge, the time of day & how much attention my kids need!
Once defrosted it can all be poured into your cast iron cookware & warmed through thoroughly. If cooking on the wood-burner it should take around 40 minutes. I would suggest you wait until it is gently simmering before serving. Add the fresh element at the last minute just before you dig in. They can also be cooked directly on the fire or on the gas stove in the large saucepan.

Obviously you can mix any of these up – just find me or text me to ask and I’ll be as flexible as my fridge allows.
I’ll deliver a yummy hamper, and tea or coffee for you on the first morning you wake up.
Which is included in the price of your stay.
It is usually enough for two mornings (although I won’t think badly of you if it’s all gone in one!).
